Baltimore Beef Bad Boy

Combine the spices for the meat in a resealable 1-gallon plastic bag and shake to mix thoroughly
- For the Meat:
- 1 tablespoon fine sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 pounds beef top round, cut into 2 equal pieces
- For the Sandwiches:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup prepared hot horseradish
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 16 slices rye bread, lightly toasted
- 2 white onions, sliced paper-thin
Glazed Lemon Pound Cake

- Alterations:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup Butter, softened
- 4 Eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup buttermilk*
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Add, 1 egg, 1 oz oil, increase lemon juice to juice of 1 whole lemon
- Glaze
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 to 2 tablespoons milk

- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained

- 6 oz Medium Egg Noodles;
- 2 T Butter
- 1 cn Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 c Milk
- 1/2 c Sour Cream
- 1/2 t Salt
- 1/2 c Onion; Finely Chopped
- 1/4 c Pimiento; Sliced
- 1/2 c Green Bell Pepper;Fine Chop
- 1 c Celery; Chopped
- 6 1/2 oz Tuna; Drained And Flaked *
- 15 ea Ritz Crackers; **
- Parsley; For Garnish
- An additional 3 oz can of Tuna can be added for a meatier casserole.
- Ritz crackers (15 = Half a Stack) should be broken but not crumbled.
