Drinks (Summertime Tea)

1) In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups water to a boil
- 14 cups water, divided
- 6 individual black tea bags
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
- 3/4 cup thawed frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1 cup tequila, optional
- Fresh mint leaves and lemon or lime slices, optional
Meals (Green Tomato Chutney Dogs)

Combine all the ingredients in a large pot over medium-low heat
- 1 1/2 pounds green tomatoes, diced
- 3 green apples, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/3 cup currants
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon mustard seed
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 6 potato hot dog buns (recommended: Marteen's)
- 6 (1/4 pound) hot dogs (recommended: Hebrew National)

- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz rum
- 3/4 oz blue curaçao

- 4 large Yukon gold potatoes
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1/2 large yellow onion
- 4 stalks celery
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons green curry paste
- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 15-ounce can coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce, plus more to taste
- 2 red bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces thin rice noodles, broken into pieces
- 2 small skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 1 pound), very thinly sliced crosswise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, plus more to taste
- 1 cup roughly chopped fresh cilantro

- 8 slices packaged precooked bacon (from 2.1-oz package), cut in half

- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon malted milk powder
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 sour pickle, cut into 8 slices, plus 1 tablespoon pickle juice from the jar
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 4 soft hamburger buns, split
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
