Heat oven to 250. Chop sage, thyme, rosemary and garlic together
- 20 sage leaves
- 3 thyme sprigs, stems removed
- 3 rosemary sprigs, stems removed
- 2 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
- 1 T fennel seeds, lightly toasted
- 1-1/2 tsp medium-coarse sea salt
- 1-1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 4 lbs boneless pork shoulder, skin on
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup dry red or white wine

- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 cup chilled lemon-lime soda

- 2 Cups sliced fresh strawberries

1) Prepare pilaf mix according to package directions using 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 package (6-1/4 ounces) curry rice pilaf mix
- 1/4 cup butter, divided
- 1-1/2 pounds sea scallops
- 1 package (14 ounces) frozen pepper strips, thawed and chopped
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

1) In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, water and oil; beat on low speed for 30 seconds
- FROSTING:
- 1 package (18-1/4 ounces) yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1-2/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 4 double chicken breasts (about 7-ounces each), skinless and boneless
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 8 thin slices deli ham

- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
