Place the eggs in a small saucepan and cover with water by about 1 inch
- 2 large eggs
- 4 frozen veggie burgers
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 small clove garlic, finely grated
- 1/4 teaspoon hot paprika
- Kosher salt
- 4 cups baby arugula
- 1/2 cup jarred sliced roasted red peppers
- 1 small Kirby cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried mint, crumbled
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 4 large whole-wheat pitas, warmed

- 1 pound extra-lean ground beef

1)Cut the crab legs into 3-inch pieces with kitchen shears
- 3 pounds Alaskan king or snow crab legs, thawed if frozen
- Freshly ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 stick unsalted butter, cubed
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 10 thin slices peeled ginger
- 8 scallions, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 4 red jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 3 2-pound spiny lobsters, steamed 10 minutes and cooled (may sub 4 1/2 pounds Maine lobsters)

- 1 medium red onion, cut into 1/8 inch julienne
- 2 ribs celery, cut into 1/4 inch dice
- 2 medium waxy potatoes, cut into 1/8 inch dice

- 1/2 pound overripe tomatoes, cut into 1/2 inch dice with juices
