- 1 cup Salt

Vanilla, Cherry, Berry and Almond Granola

A great combination of oats, nuts and fruit, with a vanilla undertone
- 4-1/2 cups Uncooked Old-Fashioned Oats
- 1-1/2 cups Almonds
- 1 cup Unsalted Sunflower Seeds
- 1 cup Ground Flaxseed
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp Allspice
- 4 tbsp Molasses
- 4 tbsp Canola Oil
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Apple Juice
- 2 tbsp Vanilla
- 2 cups Dried Cherry-Berry mixture or two cups of dried fruit of your choice
Split Pea Soup

Rinse the dry split peas. Bring about 6-8 cups of water to a boil and add the split peas
- 1-16 ounce bag Split Peas
- 6 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 Carrots, diced
- 2 stalks Celery, diced
- 1 medium Onion, diced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika, plus more for top before serving if desired
- 1-2 Smoked Ham Shank, depending on size and the amount of meat you want in your soup
- 6-8 cups Chicken Broth
- Pinch of salt
- Pepper to taste
One-Bowl Buttercream Frosting

Hershey's Easy-Does- it Recipe #10
- 6 tbsp Butter, softened
- Hershey's Cocoa- 1/3 cup for Light Flavor
- 1/2 cup for Medium Flavor
- 3/4 cup for Dark Flavor
- 2-2/3 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Fresh Ginger Cake or Triple Ginger Cake

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bundt pan with baking spray
- 3 cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 4 tsp Ginger, ground
- 3 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Cloves, ground
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Butter, melted and cooled slightly
- 1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Mild Molasses, I used Grandma's Brand
- 2 large Eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup Hot Water
- 1-4 inch nob of Fresh Ginger, peeled and minced
- 1/2 cup Crystallized Ginger, minced
Easy Chicken Tacos

In a large skillet, melt the butter and add the garlic and chipotle and cook for about 30 seconds
- 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Chipolte Chiles in Adobo Sauce, minced (See Note)
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 3/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 tsp Yellow Mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Approx. 12 Tortillas
- Note: The original recipe called for 2 tsp. Chipolte Chiles in Adobo Sauce but I used 2 tbsp. Adjust to your own preference.
Two Potato Gratin

Cream of Coconut Cake

- 1 White Cake Mix
- 3 Egg Whites
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1-1/3 cup Milk
- 4 oz. Coconut
- 1 can Cream of Coconut
- 1 carton Whipped Topping, large size
Poppy Seed Bread

Mix all bread ingredients and pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans

- 3 cups Flour
- 2 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 Baking powder
- 1 1/2 Poppyseeds

- 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 1/2 can Orange Juice concentrate
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Brownie Cake

- 1 cube Butter

- 1 cube Butter
- 4 tbsp Cocoa
- 6 tbsp milk
- 1 box Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Nuts, chopped
