Mix together the warm taco meat and the kidney beans
- 1 pound Taco meat
- 1 can Red kidney beans
- 1 head Red leaf lettuce
- 1 jar Marie's Blue Cheese dressing
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 bunch green onions or Walla Walla Sweets
- 1 can Black Olives
- 1 small bag of Doritos Taco Bell chips
- Avocado, sliced or diced
- Tomatoes, sliced or diced
Tillamook Bay Cheese Bake

- 1 lb Tillamook Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
- 1 lb Tillamook Medium Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 6 Eggs, separated
- 1/2 lb Fresh Bay Shrimp
- 6-8 canned Artichoke Hearts, quartered
- 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
- 1 cup canned Evaporated milk, undiluted or Fresh Half & Half
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Basil
- 2-3 medium Tomatoes, sliced
"Everything But the Kitchen Sink" Cookies

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and both sugars
- Wet Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Butter, softened
- 1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup Sugar in the Raw
- 1 Egg, Jumbo or 2 medium
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
- 1/2 tsp Bakery Emulsion
- 1/4 tsp Almond Extract
- 3/4 cup Peanut Butter
- Dry Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups White Whole Wheat Flour
- 1-1/2 cups Quick Oats
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Add-Ins:
- 1 cup Dry Roasted Peanuts, unsalted
- 1 cup Heath Bits o Brickle
- 1 cup Kraft Caramel Bits
- 1/2 cup Slivered Almonds, toasted
- 1/2 cup Dried Tart Cherries
- 1/2 cup Coconut
- 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
Lemon Blueberry Scones

These are very light scones with a hint of lemon
- 1 cup Flour
- 1-1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- Dash of Salt
- 3 tbsp Butter, cold and cut into small pieces
- 1/2-3/4 cup Blueberries, preferably fresh
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest, fresh
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Egg, lightly beaten
- Extra Cream for Tops

Fresh Apple Cake

- Frosting:
- 2 cups Sugar
- 3/4 cup Salad Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Vanilla
- 2 cups Flour
- 1-1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 4 cups Granny Smith or Golden Delicious Apples
- 1 cup Walnuts, chopped
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 cube Butter
- 1 box Powdered Sugar

Clam Chowder Turkey Chowder Vegetable Chowder These chowders all us the Basic White Sauce as their base
- Basic White Sauce:
- 3/4 cup Butter
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 cups Cream or 13 oz can of evaporated milk, plus 3 tbsp water
- Clam Chowder:
- 2 cans Minced Clams, 6 1/2 oz.
- 1/2 cup Celery, diced
- 1 cup Onions
- 2 1/2 cups Potatoes, diced
- Turkey Chowder:
- 2 cups Turkey, cooked and cubed
- 1/2 cup Celery, diced
- 1 cup Onions, diced
- 2 cups Potatoes, diced
- 1 can Chicken Broth, 10 1/2 oz.
- Vegetable Chowder:
- 3 cups Asparagus, Broccoli, or any favorite Vegetable, chopped
- 1 cup Onions, diced
