Very easy to make and your guests won't believe that you made it
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Butter
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Almond Extract
- 3 Eggs, room temperature
- Chopped Nuts
- Powdered Sugar
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Blondies

In the bowl of a mixer, cream the butter and peanut butter until well blended
- 6 tbsp Butter, softened
- 3/4 cup Peanut Butter, I used Jif Extra Crunchy
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg, room temperature
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chunks or Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter Chips, for sprinkling, optional
Hot Vanilla

- 2 cups Berries, mashed
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 2 tsp Unflavored Gelatin
- 1-1/2 cups Heavy Cream
Brownies "In The Raw"

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 cup Sugar in the Raw
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Walnuts, chopped (optional)
Blue Cheese Dressing

This is the salad dressing that we pair with my Super-duper French Dressing
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Onion, chopped
- 1-2 Garlic Cloves, minced (depending on size and preference.)
- 1/3 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, fresh if possible
- 1 tbsp White Vinegar
- 5-oz Blue Cheese, crumbled
- Salt and Pepper
- 1-3 Dashes Cayenne Pepper, to taste
- Milk or Buttermilk

- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 cup Salt
- 2 tsp Cream of Tartar

Chocolate Fudge

Combine and stir sugar, salt, butter, milk and marshmallow creme over low heat until well blended
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 3/4 cup Evaporated Milk
- 2 cups Marshmallow Creme, 8 ounce jar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Nuts, chopped
Meat Turnovers

- Crust:
- 1 1/4 cup baking mix like Bisquick
- 1/3 cup Milk
- Filling:
- 2 tsp Butter or margarine
- 1 tbsp Onion
- 3/4 cup Ground beef
- 1/4 cup Tomato Soup
Buttermilk Cornbread

- 1/3-2/3 cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
