Mo's Linguini Alfredo with Oregon Bay Shrimp

Mo's is a favorite go to spot along the Oregon coast
- 1 pound Linguini Noodles
- 1 pint Heavy Cream
- 1-1/2 cups Parmegiano Reggiano
- 7 tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
- 3 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- Fresh ground Pepper, to taste
- Fresh grated Nutmeg, about 1 teaspoon
- 2 cups Oregon Bay Shrimp
- Salt to taste! The cheese is salty so only use as needed!
Fancy Egg Scramble

- Cheese Sauce:
- 1 cup Canadian Bacon, diced
- 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 12 Eggs, beaten
- 1 3-ounce can Mushroom pieces, drained
- 4 tbsp Butter, melted
- 2-1/2 cups Soft Bread Crumbs
- 1/8 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated

Dad's Cookies

Quick and easy cookie
- Mix together:
- 1 cup soft butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Mix together:
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 1-1/2 cup oats
- 3/4 cup sweetened coconut
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

Slice roll of cookie dough into 1/4" slices
- Roll of Pillsbury refrigerator sugar cookies
- 3/4 cup strawberry preserves
- 1 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
Peach Galette with Fresh Peaches

Set the oven at 400 degrees
- Custard Filling:
- 1 Pie Crust of your choice
- 2-4 Peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 2-4 tbsp Jam, your choice
- 2 tbsp Sugar, if needed to sweeten fruit
- 1 tbsp Raw Sugar for dusting
- 1 Egg, large
- 1 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Almond or Vanilla Extract (I used1/4 tsp of each)
