Coconut Almond Granola

A crunchy granola with coconut and almonds and glazed with olive oil, vanilla, honey and coconut syrup
- 3 cups Rolled Oats
- 1-1/2 cups Slivered Almonds
- 1/2 cup Cashew Pieces
- 3/4 cup Shredded Sweetened Coconut
- 6 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 4 tbsp Coconut Syrup
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

- 3 lbs Chicken Wings, large size
- 1/2 cup Frozen Orange Juice, thawed
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Coconut Syrup

- 1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup flour

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
- 4-1/2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1/2 cup Slivered Almonds, lightly chopped
- 1 cup Unsweetened Grated Coconut
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ginger, powdered
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Organic Blue Agave Sweetener
- 1/4 cup Coconut Syrup
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil, melted
- Add-ins optional; dried cherries, raisins, dates, any dried fruits
Connie's Fabulous Macadamia Coconut Cream Pie with Caramel Drizzle

For the crust: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

- 2 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp Graham Cracker Crumbs

- 1-1/4 cups Half and Half
- 1-1/4 cups Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Sweetened Flaked Coconut(use soft finely flaked coconut only)

- 1 large Onion, chopped fine

Ritzy Quiche Lorraine

This is a world famous Quiche Lorraine
- Garnish for Large Quiche:
- Ingredients for a large quiche (8 servings) or 30 miniature quiches
- 7 oz Salt Pork (belly), cut into lardoons, placed in cold water and parboiled 2 or 3 minutes;
- Oil (for the lardoons
- 1 cup Gruyere, grated
- 2 whole Eggs,
- 2 Egg Yolks
- Salt

- Nutmeg
- 2/3 cup Milk
- 7/8 cup Creme Fraiche or Heavy Cream
- Garnish for 30 Miniature Quiches:
