Overnight Lasagna

Brown meat and add pepper
- 1 pound ground beef
- pepper
- 1 pound cottage cheese
- 1/2 pound shredded mozzarella cheese -- reserve 1/2 C
- 1 t basil
- 1 - 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles1/2 C water
Caramel Filled Sandies

In medium bowl, combine cookie mix, pecans, flour, butter and egg until soft dough forms
- 1 pouch Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
- 1/4 C finely chopped toasted pecans
- 2 T flour
- 1/2 C butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 34 caramel candies
- 3 T half and half
- 1/3 C dark chocolate chips, melted
- 1/3 C white baking chips, melted
- 1 T coarse sea salt
Boggles - cookies

These freeze well. Add sugars to melted butter
- 2 C melted butter
- 2 C brown sugar
- 2 C sugar
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 4 beaten eggs
- 2 t vanilla
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 4 C flour
- 3 C sweetened dried cranberries (craisins)
- 3 C rolled oats
