1. Position rack in lower third of oven; preheat to 350 degrees F
- 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 3 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup purchased or homemade caramel sauce
- 1/3 cup natural peanut butter, stirred
Chocolate Marshmallow Frosting

Melt first 4 ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring 5 minutes or until mixture is smooth
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine, cut up
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk

- 6 cups powdered sugar
