- 1 large egg -- slightly beaten

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 ounces butter -- softened
- salt and white pepper -- to taste
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
Pumpkin Creme Brulee

Preheat an oven to 300°F
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. freshly grated cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp. freshly grated ginger

1. Saute Onions, Peppers, and Garlic until soft
- 1/2 cup blackberry jam (feel free to use raspberry jam if you like it better)
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 3 Cloves Garlic CHOPPED
- 1/2 Medium Onion CHOPPED
- 1/8 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper or FINELY Chopped Hot Peppers
