Lemon Sour Cream Tart

1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 9-inch pie or tart crust
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Butterfinger Cupcakes

To make the cupcakes, preheat the oven to 350° F
- For the cupcakes:
- 1 ½ cups plus 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 8 tbsp. unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 ½ cups plus 2 tbsp. sugar
- 4 eggs
- Scant 1 cup mashed ripe banana
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- 12 fun size Butterfinger bars, cut in half
- For the frosting:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 ¼ cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
- For garnish:
- 4 fun size Butterfinger bars, coarsely chopped

1. Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, vanilla and egg yolk

- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- 1/4 cup flour

- * 15 oz can of yams, drained
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 * 1/2 Tsp ground cinnamon

- 1/4 t. cloves

- 4 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Zabaglione

- 1/4 * 1/4 cup whipping cream, or heavy cream
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 8 * 8 large egg yolks
- 2/3 * 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup dry Marsala
- * Pinch salt
- 1 * 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
