White Chocolate Bananas Foster Candies

Coat the molds with chocolate; there are a few ways to do this
- 2 pounds of high quality white chocolate (do not use white chocolate chips)

Vanilla Coconut Cupcakes with Caramel Frosting

Since the frosting is made using hot caramel, it needs to chill quite a bit before it will be the right consistency
- Frosting:
- 2 13- to 14-ounce cans un-sweetened coconut milk (preferably organic)
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 3 large eggs
- Seeds scraped from 1 split vanilla bean or 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup reduced coconut milk (see above), room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped
- 2 and 1/4 sticks butter- softened
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 1/2 lbs cream cheese, cut into 2-inch cubes
White Cupcakes with Fresh Strawberry Buttercream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 4 1/2 cups sifted cake flour (not self-rising)
- 2 TBSP baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk

In a large pot of boiling, salted water, add pasta and cook according to package directions
- 16 ounces dry cavatappi pasta
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 jalapeño chiles, seeded, ribs removed and thinly sliced
- 2 serrano chiles, seeded, ribs removed and thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese, sliced into cubes
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 8 ounces (about 2 cups) shredded Mexican-blend cheese

- 1/2 cup solid vegetable shortening
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 3/4 cup cocoa or three 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate squares, melted
- 1 teaspoon clear vanilla extract
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar sifted
- 3-4 tablespoons milk
- light corn syrup
Maple Bacon Turkey Ravioli

- 10 * 10 strips uncooked bacon
