- * 4 eggs
- * 3/4 cup butter
- * 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- * 3/4 cup pecans, toasted and ground
- * 1 tsp. baking soda
- * 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- * 2 cups sugar
- * 1 4-oz. pkg. sweet baking chocolate, chopped, melted and cooled
- * 1 cup buttermilk
- * 1/2 cup strong coffee or water
- * 1 recipe Coconut-Pecan Frosting
Tequila-Flambéed Bananas With Coconut Ice Cream

Melt butter with next 5 ingredients in a medium skillet over medium-high heat, stirring until blended
- 4 * 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup firmly packed DOMINO Light or Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup FLORIDA'S NATURAL Brand Premium Orange Juice
- 1 * 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 * 4 unpeeled bananas with green tips
- 4 * 4 tablespoons tequila
- 2 * 2 pt. coconut ice cream
Pecan Pralines

1. Mix all ingredients very well in a cold pan
- 2 cups of white sugar
- 2 cups of brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 6 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 4 cups pecans
- 1 heaping tablespoon of butter
- 2/3 c milk

1. Preheat oven to 350°
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon zest, divided
- 3/4 cup cold butter
- 2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup strawberry preserves

Pumpkin Cinnamon Bun Cake

Lightly grease an 8×8-inch square baking pan
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 4 tsp active dry or rapid rise yeast
- 1/4 cup warm milk (100-110F; low fat is fine)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

Holiday Sweet Potato Balls

- 6 * 6 large sweet potatoes
- 1 * 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine, cut up
- 1 * 1 tsp cinnamon
