- 2 cups (8 1/2 ounces) King Arthur unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup (3 1/2 ounces) old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup (2 1/2 ounces) shredded coconut
- 1 cup (6 ounces) chocolate chips
- 3 cups (2 3/8 ounces) crispy rice cereal or cornflakes
Caramelized Onion, Mushroom and Gruyere Cheese Tartlets

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 16 ounces white button mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 ¼ cup white wine (can substitute chicken or vegetable broth)

- 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese (can substitute any variety of Swiss cheese)

- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
