1. Cut about 1/2-inch off of top of garlic
- 1 head garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 1/3 cups dark brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons minced white onion
- 1 tablespoon Jack Daniel's Whiskey
- 1 tablespoon crushed pineapple
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
- For the Crust:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon salt

1. In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, pecans and banana chips
- 3 cups Honey Nut Chex® cereal
- 3 cups Cinnamon Chex® cereal

- * 1 1/2 cups sugar
- * 1/4 cup water
- * 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- * 1 cup heavy cream
- * 3 (1.4 oz.) milk chocolate English toffee bars, chopped into rough shards

1. Combine the buttermilk, butter, egg and extracts in a large mixing bowl
- 3/4 c buttermilk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 c cake flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2-3 bananas, sliced thin
- 1/4 c chopped pecans

In a large mixing bowl, using a mixer on medium speed, beat butter and cream cheese until creamy - about 1 minute
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons finely grated Meyer Lemon zest, divided use
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Meyer Lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon coarse sugar, for sprinkling

- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/4 cups milk (pref. whole milk)
- 1/2 cup dulce de leche
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- large saucepan or kettle of hot water

- * 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- * 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- * 1/2 teaspoon salt
- * 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- * 4 (4-ounce) boneless center-cut loin pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick)

- * 1/2 cup dry white wine
- * 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- * 1 tablespoon bottled minced garlic
- * 1 (10-ounce) package fresh spinach

- 2 large baking potatoes (about 8 ounces each)
- 6 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion (3)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill or chives or 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups milk
- 1-1/4 cups shredded American cheese (5 ounces)
- 4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained, and crumbled
Peach Mascarpone and Pecan Wontons
