- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1-1/4 tsp. garlic, pressed (I usually just use 3-4 cloves rather than measuring it)
- 1/3 cup chopped bacon (I use the good bacon bits)
- 4 cups water
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 cup kale or spinach leaves, chopped (I use spinach)
- 1/3 cup cream
- 1 sweet potato, peeled and cubed (optional)

- 1/2 avocados
- 3 shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh pressed garlic
- 2 tablespoons pico de gallo
- 1 (10 ounce) white wine
- 1 (3 ounce) cream
- 2 tablespoons manchego cheese
- 1 (2 ounce) salsa or pasilla chili sauce

Dr Pepper Ribs

Coat the ribs with the rub, wrap in plastic and place in the refrigerator for at least four hours
- Rub:
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons of mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne
- 2 teaspoons of chipotle chile pepper (made from smoked dried jalapenos - you should be able to find it in the spice section of your grocery store)

- 5 cups sugar
- 1 3-ounce package liquid fruit pectin
- 5 tiny red hot peppers, optional
- WONTONS
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons Ocean Spray® Sweetened Dried Cranberries
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh gingerroot
- pinch salt
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 egg white
