For the wings at home: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Sauce:
- 1 * 1 pound chicken wings, cut into segments, tips removed and discarded

- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cold, cut into cubes
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbs milk
- 1 large egg (for brushing the dough)
- For the Filling:
- 3/4 cup pureed pumpkin
- 1 large egg
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
