Wild Rice

Mix altogether and cook slowly in a double boiler for 1 to 1/12 hrs
- 1 Cup wild rice
- 2 Cups water
- 1 sm onion diced
- salt and pepper
Corn Salad

Combine vegetables, toss lightly Combine remainding ingredients, mix well
- 2 16 oz cans white shoepeg corn
- 1 2oz jar diced pimento
- 1/2 Cup diced green pepper
- 1/2 Cup diced onion
- 2 stalks of celery chopped
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 Cup vinegar
- 1 tea salt
- 1/2 tea pepper
Brococoli Casserole

Saute onion in butter. Mix all ingredients
- 2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
- 1/2 Cup minute rice
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 8oz jar Cheese Whiz
Creamy Zucchini Casserole

Cook zucchini in salted water till tender
- 1 1/2 lb tender zucchini
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 8oz carton sour cream
- 1 4oz jar diced pimento
- 1 can (81/2oz)water chestnuts sliced
- 2 medium onions finely chopped
- 1 stick of butter or margarine
- 1 package herb stuffing mix
Spinach Casserole

Mix together, pour in buttered casserole
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach
- 1 Cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1 Cup grated cheese
- 1 T lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Sweet Potato Casserole

Mash Yams till fluffy. Add eggs,butter,sugar,salt,cinnamon and beat till fluffy
- 2 1lb cans Yams
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1/2 Cup melted butter
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 3/4 tea salt
- 1/4 tea cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup chopped pecans
- 4 T rum
- Marshmallows
Peas and Mushrooms

Saute mushrooms in the butter
- 1 box frozen peas cooked in 1/2 Cup water.
- Set aside
- 1 lb sliced mushrooms
- 4 T butter
- 2 T flour
Cossack Mold

Softer gelatin in water, stir over low heat till dissolved
- 1 envelope Knox gelatin
- 1 Cup cold water
- 3/4 Cup mayonnaise
- 2 T horseradish
- 2 3oz packages of Lemon Jello
- 1 1/2 Cup boiling water
- 3 T vinegar
- 1/2 tea salt
- 1 1lb can diced beets
- 1 1/2 Cup finely chopped cabbage
Guacamole Dip

Combine all ingredients Cover and chill
- 3 Avocados, peeled,seeded and corsly mashed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 2 med tomatoes,peeled, seeded and finely chopped
Russian Cream

Heat cream and sugar in a double boiler till hot
- 1 Cup sweet cream
- 3/4 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup cold water
- 1 Cup sour cream
- 1/2 tea vanilla
