  • 1 Cup sweet cream
  • 3/4 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 Cup cold water
  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tea vanilla



Step 1

Heat cream and sugar in a double boiler till hot.
Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 min.
Add to heated cream, stirring until dissolved.
Chill slightly
Fold into sour cream which has been slightly beaten,
Add vanilla and salt
Serve in dessert glasses and cover with frozen raspberrys ( that are room temp)
