Hot Chicken Salad

Mix all ingredients except chips and cheese
- 2 Cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1/4 Cup sliced almonds
- 1 Cup mayonaise
- 1 Cup potato chips crushed
- 2 Cups celery chopped fine
- 1/2 tea salt
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 Cup grated sharp cheese
Sauterkraut Salad

After liquid cools mix rest with the liquid
- 1 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup vinegar
- 1/4 Cup water
- 1/2 tea mustard seed
- 1 tea celery seed
- 1/4 Cup oil
- Stir well and boil.
- 1 Lg can sauterkraut
- 1/2 Cup diced celery
- 1/2 green pepper diced
- i sm jar diced pimento
Spinach Salad dressing

Mix together in blender or processor
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 1/6 Cup mild vinegar
- 1 tea Worchestershire sauce
- 1 Cup salad oil
- juice of 1 orange
- 1 sm onion grated
- 1/3 Cup ketsup
- 1/2 tea salt
Spinach dressing

Mix all together, cool and serve on raw spinach
- 1/2 Cup sour cream
- 2 T sugar
- 1 T horseradish
- 1/2 tea dry mustard
- 1/4 tea salt
- 3 T wine vinegar

- 2 T sugar

Orange Buttermilk Salad

Bring pineapple with juice to boil
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 6 oz package orange jello
- 2 Cups buttermilk
- 1 8 oz container of Cool Whip
Parmesan Spinach salad Dressing

Mix well till disolved Refrigerate until serving time Discard garlic Shake well before using
- 3/4 Cup salad oil
- 1/4 Cup lemon juice
- 2 t grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 tea salt
- 1/4 tea sugar
- dash pepper and paprika
- 1 clove garlic halved
- 1/4 tea dry mustard
Cottage Cheese Salad

Bring 1 st 5 ingredients to a boil Pour over lemon jello When almost set add rest of ingredients Refrigerate till

- 1 T vinegar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 small onion grated
- dash salt and pepper

- 1 1/2 Cup cottage cheese
- 1 Cup greated cabbage
- 1 Cup mayonaise
