Wild Rice Chicken dinner

Put chicken in 10x13 baking dish
- 1 frying chicken cut up
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 package Lipton's onion soup mix
- 1/2 can water
- 1/2 can dry white wine
- 1 cup wild rice
Bean Casserole

Put 1st 3 cans of beans, drained in a baking dish
- 1 can lima beans
- 1 can lg butter beans
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 large can boston baked beans (no tomato)
- 1/2 lb bacon diced
- 4 large onions diced
- 3/4 Cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tea dry mustard
- 1/2 cup vinegar

- 1/4 Cup butter
- 5 eggs well beaten
- 1/4 Cup flour
- 1 t salt
- 2 4oz cans mild green chilis
- 1 Cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 lb grated Monterrey Jack cheese
- 1/4 Cup grated sharp cheese
Brocolli Dip

Serve warm with tortilla chips I serve in fondue pot
- Saute 1 diced onion in 1/2 stick of butter
- Cook 2 packages chopped brocolli
- Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large can mushrooms
- 2 rolls Kraft garlic Cheese
- Mix well
Stuffed Green Pepper Salad

Chill well. Slice and serve on bed of lettuce
- Wash 2 large green peppers Cut tops off, remove seeds
- Chop tops for filling
- Mash 2 3oz packages cream cheese with 1/3 C mayonaise
- Add 1/4 Cup chopped green olives
- Mix chopped green pepper,olivesin cream cheese, add salt and pepper.
- Mix well and fill peppers
White lightning Chicken Chili

Saute onion and garlic in hot oil in a large Dutch oven over med hi heat for 5 min or until onion is tender
- 1 Lg sweet onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 T olive oil
- 4 Cups shredded cooked chicken
- 2 ( 14 1/2 oz) cans chix broth
- 2 ( 4.5 oz ) cans chopped green chiles
- 1 ( 1.25 oz) package wiite chicken chile seasoning mix
- 3 ( 16 oz ) cans navy beans
Artic Salad

Soften cream cheese and blend in mayonaise and sugar
- 1 8oz package cream cheese
- 1 T mayonaise
- 2 T sugar
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 9oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 Cup cool-whip
- 1/2 Cup chopped nuts
Frozen Fruit Salad

Mix above ingredients together ( not cool whip ) Stir all together , add cool whip, put in pan and freeze
- 1 lg pkg cream cheese
- 3 T mayonaise
- 1 #2 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 Cup maraschino cherries
- 1 Cup dates chopped
- 1 Cup sm marshmallows
- 1/2 Cup pecans chopped

In a large bowl, mix 1cup vinegar,wine,onion,carrot,celery,allspice,cloves,salt and pepper
- 1 Cup cider vinegar
- 1 Cup Burgundy wine
- 2 onions sliced
- 1 carrot sliced
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 2 whole allspice
- 4 whole cloves
- 1 T salt
- 1 1/2 tea pepper
- 4 lb rump roast or chuck
- All purpose flour
- 1/3 Cup salad oil
- Red Cabbage
- 1 medium head of red cabbage
- 1 T salt
- 2 T butter 1/2 Cup vinegar
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 2 tart red cooking apples
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 Cup crushed gingersnaps
Tomato Aspic Salad

Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup cold tomato juice
- 1 pkg Knox gelatin
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 2 tea lemon juice
- 1 tea sugar
- 1/2 tea salt
- 1 tea worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup cucumber pickle diced
- 1/2 cup celery diced
