- Cooking spray
- 1 teaspoon canola or corn oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup shelled unsalted pumpkin seeds
- 3/4 to 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or apple pie spice
- 2 cups multigrain or whole-wheat cereal squares with maple syrup and brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries or sweetened dried cherries

- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder

- 1 squished banana
- 1 egg
- 1-2 cup applesauce
- 1-4 cup molasses

- 5 eggs
- 2/3 cup cream
- 1 tsp anise
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1/3 &1/4 cup sugar
- 4 tsp bkg powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 cups flour

- 3 cups powdered sugar

- 5 lb beef bottom round, cut into 2" pieces
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 bottle chianti
- 3 sweet red onions,sliced
- 1 28 oz can peeled tomatoes
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 cup espresso
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 yellow cake mix, reserve 1 cup
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 small can pumpkin
- 2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- Topping:
- 1/4 cup butter
- Reserved mix
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
