Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup flax seed, ground
- 1/2 cup AP flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1-2 tsp salt
- 1-2 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1-2 cup raisins
- 1 squished banana
- 1 egg
- 1-2 cup applesauce
- 1-4 cup molasses
- 1-4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk, or more if needed

Step 1
Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix the buttermilk, egg, sugars, applesauce and banana in another and then combine. Bake@ 350* for 16-18 minutes in muffin tins.
