Noodles with peanut sauce

Chinese dinner
- Sauce:
- 6 oz. Chinese noodles
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 3 tblsp. Chopped dry roasted peanuts
- 3 tblsp. Creamy peanut butter
- 2 tblsp. Hot chicken broth
- 1 tblsp. Soy sauce
- 2 tsp. Sesame oil
- 2 tsp. Honey
- 1 1/2 tsp. Garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. Ginger
- 1/4 tsp. Hot chili sauce
Limoncello

Using a vegetable peeler, remove the peel from the lemons in long strips
- 10 lemons
- 1 bottle vodka
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
Lemon yogurt cake

Preheat oven to 350* Whisk the dry ingredients and set aside
- Glaze:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp bkg powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 1/3 cups sugar, dvd
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tblsp lemon juice
Almond Joy or Mound Candy

These are a very easy treet to liven up your Christmas trays
- 1 cup cream
- 1 1/2 lb white chocolate
- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened or sweetened coconut
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- Toasted almonds, optional
- 1 lb. chocolate to coat, dark, milk, or white
Chicken Salad

- 1 pint Miracle Whip
- 2 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 1/4 grated Burmuda onion
- 4 cups diced chicken
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced stuffed green olives
- 1 can drained Mandarin oranges
- 1 can drained pineapple
- 1 large can Chinese noodles

Mom's Beer Bread

Bread that's quick and hearty
- 3 cups self rising flour
- 3 tblsp. Sugar
- 1 12 oz. Beer
- 1/2 cube of melted butter
Mint Brownies

Mix until just blended together
- 1 cup butter
- 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
- Melt butter and chocolate together.
- Add: 2 cups sugar. Mix together.
- Add: 4 beaten eggs. Mix well.
- Add: 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Absolutely Fabulous Carrot Cake

This is the best carrot cake ever, I got the recipe from Suzi But apparently she has never made it
- Buttermilk Glaze:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cups oil
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 2 cups grated carrot
- 3 1/2 cups shredded coconut-3 1/2 oz can shredded coconut. The amount is actually 1 1/3 cups.
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 tblsp. Karo
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. ea. orange juice and peel
