- 3 to 4 qts. (12-16 cups) popped corn
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup karo
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Soda
Oatmeal Pancakes

Great healthy Breakfast
- 2 cups oats
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
General Tso's Chicken

Combine the marinade ingredients in a large ziploc or bowl and mix well
- MARINADE
- 2 tbsp Chinese rice Wine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1.5 pds skinless, boneless chicken breast (cut into cubes)
- 2 tbsp peanut oil, for frying
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp garlic, crshed
- 1 tsp Oriental Spices
- 5 spring onions, thinly sliced (keep some for garnish)
- 2 tsp honey
- Zest of an orange
- 1 small handful peanuts, roasted and roughly chopped
- Steamed jasmine rice, to serve

- 1 favorite sugar cookie recipe, or 1 pkg sugar cookie mix in a pouch, by betty crocker
- 1 sm bx (4 serving size) french vanilla instant pudding
- 2 TBS brn sugar ( packed)
- 1 Stk melted butter= 1/2 cup
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs 2 eggs + plus 3 yolks
- 2 Pkgs (8oz) cream cheese @ room temp.
- 1/2 Cup sour cream
- 1/2 Cup white granulated sugar
- 2/3 Cup optional: toffee bits, ( pulverized in a blender or food processor)

- 2 onions
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 cube butter
- 1/2 cup lime
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- Lime zest
- 1 habenaro
- 2 jalepeno
- 1 cup pepper
- 1 thick slice ginger
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp allspice
