- 60 Nilla wafers, finely crushed
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 1 pkg. cr cheese, soft
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 1/4 c. milk, divided
- 1 tub cool whip, divided
- 2 pkg. vanilla pudding
- 1/2 c. caramel ice cream topping, divided
- 1 each red and green apple, chopped
- 1/4 c. peanuts, chopped
Broccoli Cheese Muffins

Heat oven to 400. Spray 12 cup muffin pan w/ cooking spray
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lg. egg
- 1/2 c. frozen broccoli cuts, steamed till crisp tender, drained, and finely chopped
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
Carolina Shredded Chicken

- SAUCE:
- 6 bone-in chx thighs, skin removed (about 2 lbs)
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 tbsp. veggie oil
- 1 sm. onion, diced
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. spicy brown mustard

- 1 (4.5oz) can green chiles, drained
- 4.5 oz. jalepenos

- 1 c. plus 1 tbsp. milk

- 1.4 oz. dash salt
- 2/3 c. butter
- 1-2 eggs
- SAUCE:
- 120 gr. cream
- 120 ml milk
- vanilla bean or vanilla oil
- 1 pkg. vanilla sugar
- 2 egg yolks

- 1-2 tbsp. milk
- 1 container (16oz) choc. frosting

- 2 c. half and half or milk
- 1 c. shredded Gouda cheese
