Chicken a la Gloria

This was found on Key Ingredient but then taken off
- 3 boneless/skinless chicken breasts, filleted lengthwise
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 (8oz) container sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sherry wine
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 6 slices muenster cheese
- 3 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame Oil Pasta

In small frying pan, toast sesame seeds with olive oil
- 3 1/2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 3 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Chili Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- Sesame Seeds
- 1 lb. Angel Hair Pasta
Mahogany Broiled Chicken with Cilantro

Mix Sugar, mustard, hoisin sauce and vinegar in a medium bowl
- Chimichurri:
- 5 Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Dijon
- 2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 1/2 Lb. Boneless-Skinless Chicken Breast, cubed
- 8 Ten-Inch Skewers, soaked in water
- 1 Cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 Cup plus 2 Tbs. Olive Oil
- 3 Large Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Sweet Potato Casserole

Preheat oven to 375. Wash, peel, dice, and place sweet potatoes in a large pot
- 4-5 sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 - 3/4 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 bag small/mini marshmallows
Moo-Shu Chicken

In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 (10 oz) bag shredded coleslaw mix
- 1 (8 oz) bag shredded carrots
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 10 flour tourtillas
- 3 cups skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
Mushroom Spinach Pizza

Preheat oven to 450°F. Place pitas on a pizza pan or baking sheet
- 4 whole wheat pita bread or naan bread
- 1 1/3 cup tomato-basil pasta sauce
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced and sauteed with salt and pepper
- 1 cup baby spinach, coarsley chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Also good with Italian sausage
Smokey Lime Sweet Potatoes

Put sweet potatoes in medium saucepan; add water to cover
- 2 Large Sweet Potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 1/2 tsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Chopped Canned Chipotle Pepper in Adobe Sauce
- 1 tsp Adobe Sauce from can
- 1/2 tsp Lime Zest
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
Mustard Baked Chicken

Rinse chicken (remove neck and giblets), pat dry
- 1 Whole chicken
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp Worcesteshire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Black Bottom Banana Cream Pie

Allow plenty of time to prepare this pie as it takes several hours to chill!
- 10 oz. all-butter shortbread cookies, broken
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 5 Tbsp unsalted butter, 3 Tbsp melted and 2 Tbsp cold
- 3 oz. bittersweet chocolate in 3 hunks (I will use sweeter chocolate next time)
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp amber rum (I used Amaretto)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large bananas
- 1 Tbsp powdered sugar

- 12 oz button mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 3 cups green beans, cooked
