Hawaiian Coleslaw

This coleslaw is the element of surprise!
- 4 cups Shredded Cabbage
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1/2 Tsp. Sugar
- Dash of Pepper
- 1 cup Crushed Pineapple(drained)
- 1 Tblsp. Milk (to mix with Mayo)
- 1/4 Tsp. Salt
- Dash of Paprika
- 1 Tblsp. Vinegar
Crab Dip

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
- 1 cup White Cheddar Cheese
- 3 Tblsp. Worcestershire
- 3/4 cup Mayo
- 2 Tblsp. Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. Pepper sauce
- 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped Black pepper to taste
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 12 oz. Crab Meat
Bucatini with Sausage, Peppers and Onions

I got this recipe from Rachael Ray's low carb cookbook
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2 pound Bucatini Pasta
- 1 Tblsp. EVOO
- 1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
- 1 lb. Hot Italian sausage
- 4 Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 large Onion, thinnly sliced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 Cubanelle Peppers, thinly sliced (I use green bell pepper if I don't have cubaneles)
- 1 can Chunky-style Crushed Tomatoes
- 1/3 cup grated Parmigano-Reggiano
- 1/4 cup flat leaf Parsley, chopped
- 1 cup (20 leaves) Fresh Basil, torn
Short Ribs with Tagliatelle

I got this recipe from Everyday Italian a few years back
- 3 Tblsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Carrot, chopped
- 2 ozs. Chopped Pancetta
- 1/2 cup fresh Parsley
- 2 1/2 lbs. Beef Short Ribs
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- 1 (14 oz) can Tomatoes, diced
- Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tblsp. Tomato Paste
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh Rosemary
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. dried Thyme
- 1/2 tsp. dried Oregano
- 1 Bay leaf
- 2 1/2 cups Beef broth
- 1 pd. Tagliatelle or Fettuccine
- 3/4 cup Red Wine
- 4 to 6 tsp. shaved Bittersweet Chocolate
Chicken Marsala Spaghetti

I created this recipe, like most are created, based on what I had in the kitchen at the time
- 3 boneless Chicken Breasts, Cut in small pieces
- 5-6 Sun-dried Tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 1/2 cups Marsala wine
- 1 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- Salt and Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried Basil
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 lb. Thin Spaghetti
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 Sweet Onion, thinly sliced
- 5-6 Crimini Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tblsp. Olive Oil
Almond Tortes

Make Crisps: Preheat oven to 375
- For Crisps:
- 3/4 cup finely chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
- For Filling:
- 1 cup chilled Heavy Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 dash ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. Bourbon Vanilla Extract
Pan-Fried Smashed Potatoes

- 8 medium Red Potatoes
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
Pork Cutlets with Smothered Parmesan Green Beans

Heat butter and 1 tbsp. oil in heavy skillet over medium heat
- 2 Tbsp. Butter 2/3 cup Heavy Cream
- 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil, divided
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp. Water, divided
- 3 to 4 large Shallots, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp finely chopped sage
- 2 Garlic cloves, smashed
- 2 (12oz) packages frozen, French Green Beans
- 2/3 cup Dry White Wine
- 4 (1/2 to 3/4 in. thick) Boneless Pork Cutlets
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
French Dressing

Combine all ingredients in a jar, bowl or bottle
- 3/4 Tsp. Salt
- Sprinkle of Black Pepper
- Dash of Paprika
- 1/4 Tsp. Sugar
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 3/4 cup Vegetable or Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlice, minced
- 1 Tblsp. minced Onion
- 1/2 Tsp. Caraway seeds(optional)
Sweet and Sour Coleslaw

- 7 Bacon slices
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 2 Tblsp. Sugar
- 1/3 cup Vinegar
- 1/3 cup Water
- 3 Tblsp. Bacon Fat
- 1/3 cup Heavy Cream
