Big Thousand Island Dressing

Rub garlic well on inside of small bowl;discard
- 1 clove Garlic, halved
- 1/2 cup Mayonaise
- 2 Tblsp. Light Cream
- 2 Tblsp. Chili Sauce
- 2 Tblsp. Chopped Green Pepper
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped, Olives
- 1 Hard-cooked Egg, coarsely cup up
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Tsp. Paprika
Sugar and Nut Glazed Brie

In a small bowl stir together, sugar, nuts and brandy
- 1/4 cup packed Brown Sugar 1 (14 oz) Round Brie
- 1/4 cup Chopped Macadamia nuts or pecans
- Apple wedges, for serving
- 1 Tblsp. Brandy Pear wedges, for serving
- 2-3 Tblsp. Lemon juice Crackers, for serving
Beef and Spinach Skillet Lasagna

This recipe consists of two sauces for your lasagna layers, a béchamel sauce and a meat sauce
- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 2 bunches, fresh Spinach
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 can diced Tomatoes
- 3 Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1 Carrot, finely shredded
- 1 8oz can of Tomato sauce
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 lb. No-Boil Lasagna noodles
- 2 tblsp. Butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tblsp. Flour
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Pinch of Nutmeg
- 2 Tlbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Beef Broth
- 1 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded

- 2 sheets Pilsbury Pie Crust
- 1 quart Heavy Cream
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup Chicken base
- 4 Chicken Breasts halves
- 1 Tblsp. Minced Garlic
- Seasoned Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 Onion, minced
- 2 Tblsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Frozen Green Peas

- 5 pounds Pork Butt
- 2 1/2 Tblsp. Sea Salt

Hawaiian Chicken with Pineapple Salsa

Strain the juice from the pineapple, reserving the juice
- 4 boneless Chicken Breast
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Sweet Onion, diced
- 1 Tblsp. Soy Sauce
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
- 1 Tblsp. Honey
- 2 Tblsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tblsp. Cilantro
- 1/4 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 8 oz. Crushed unsweetened
- Pineapple (reserve juice)
Luau Fried Rice

Stir fry all of the ingredients except for the eggs and green onions
- 3 cups Cooked Rice
- 2-3 Tblsp. Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped Onion
- 2 Tblsp. Oyster Sauce
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 2 Tsp. Chinese Five Spice
- 2 Green Onions, sliced thin
- Dash of Salt and Pepper
- 1 cup Cooked Chicken or Pork

- 1 pound Penne Rigate
- 2 tblsp. Olive Oil
- 2 tblsp. Butter
- 1/2 pound Andoullie Sausage, diced (can substitute turkey or chicken sausage)
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 ribs of Celery, chopped
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 cup Beer
- 2 tblsp. Flour
- 1 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
- 1 can Crushed Tomatoes
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2 Chicken Breast, cut in to small pieces
- 1/2 pound Shrimp or Crab meat
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 Scallions, chopped for garnish
