In saucepan, combine butter, garlic, pepper, salt, dillweed, and paprika
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- dash pepper
- dash salt
- pinch dried dillweed or parsley
- dash paprika
- 4 tilapia fillets
Skinny Basil Pesto

In a food processor pulse basil, garlic, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper until smooth
- 1 cup basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Thai Curry and Coconut Butternut Squash Soup

Cut the squash in half, take out the seeds, brush it with oil, and bake it for an hour at 400°F
- 1 large butternut squash, about 2.5 pounds
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 an onion, chopped up very small
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2-3 tsp Thai Red Curry paste
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 13-14 oz can unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

Heat the milk and butter in a small saucepan until the butter is melted
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cup in 1/2 " pieces
- 2 1/4 teaspoon instant yeast

- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1 1/4 to 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour

- 1/4 medium onion, diced
