Lemon Blueberry Yogurt Loaf

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1 1/2 c. + 1 T. all-purpose flour
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. kosher salt
- 1 c. plain whole milk yogurt
- 1 c. plus 1 T. sugar
- 3 extra large eggs
- 2 t. grated lemon zest (approximately two lemons)
- 1/2 t. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen, thawed and rinsed
- 1/3 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
Peanut Butter Cookies

Chill dough. Roll into balls the size of large walnuts
- Mix thoroughly:
- 1/2 c. soft shortening (half butter)
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
- 1 egg
- Sift together and stir in:
- 1 1/4 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 3/4 t. soda
- 1/4 t. salt
Snowballs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix margarine, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and the vanilla
- 1 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup finely chopped nuts
- 1/4 t salt

Quick Marinara Sauce

Preheat oven to 425°. In a medium pot, heat olive oil over medium heat
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 28 oz cans crushed tomatoes (I like Tuttorosso)
- 1 small bay leaf
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- salt and fresh pepper to taste
Herbed Pita Chips

- 3 (6-inch) pita breads
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 t. dried dill weed
- 1/2 t. dried oregano
- 1/8 to 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 t. garlic salt
- 1/4 t. coarse salt
Garlic Parmesan Pull Apart Bread

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1 can of refrigerated Grands biscuits
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning (I omitted)
Jalapeno Popper Dip

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all of the ingredients into a medium bowl
- Topping:
- 6-8 slices of bacon, diced and cooked crispy
- 2 8-oz packages of cream cheese, soft
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 4-6 jalapeno's, chopped and deseeded. The seeds will make it fiery hot.
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup diced green onion
- 1 cup of crushed crackers ( I used Ritz)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 stick of butter, melted
New Jersey Crumb Cake

- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. flour
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1 t. vanilla
- Topping
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. biscuit mix (or 2 c. flour, 3 t. baking powder, 1 T. sugar, 1/2 t. salt)
- 2 t. cinnamon
Crispy Cheddar Chicken

Crush crackers. If using chicken breasts and not tenders, cut each chicken breast into 3 large pieces
- Sauce:
- 2 lbs chicken tenders or 4 large chicken breasts
- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 tablespoon butter

- 1 tsp kosher salt

- 14 oz Italian chicken sausage, sliced 1-inch thick
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4-5 cloves garlic, smashed with the side of the knife
- 1/2 orange bell pepper, diced 1-inch squares
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced 1-inch squares
- 1 red bell pepper, diced 1-inch squares
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (or other fresh herb such as thyme)
