OAMC Chicken Pot Pie

- 2 cups cubed rotisserie chicken breast, skin discarded
- One 1-pound bag frozen mixed vegetables, preferably peas, carrots and onions
- Two 10.75-ounce cans cream of potato soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper
- Pie crust (if not using store-bought)
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon (4 1/2 ounces) lard, frozen and cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup ice water
- 1 egg, beaten
Banana Bourbon Pancakes

- 1 1/2 teaspoons unsalted butter
- 2 ripe bananas, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon bourbon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Dry Mix:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- Wet Mix:
- 3/4 cup buttermilk, plus 2 tablespoons, shaken
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons melted butter, cooled
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Butter or vegetable oil, for the skillet

Pineapple Ice Cream Green Smoothie

- 4 cups fresh or frozen ripe pineapple
- 3 cups filtered water or raw coconut water
