- 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded Cheddar or American cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 (16.3 oz) can Pillsbury Grands Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
- 1 to 2 T. butter, melted
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup crushed Cheddar cheese flavor or seasoned croutons
Fruit Salad in a Pineapple Boat

- 1 fresh pineapple
- 2 cups cubed cantaloupe
- 1 cup halved fresh strawberries

- 1 ½ cups unsweetened coconut milk
