Mixed-Berry Granola Crunch

In ungreased 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish, place blueberries, raspberries and lemon juice
- 1 bag (12 oz) frozen unsweetened blueberries (about 2 1/2 cups)
- 1 bag (12 oz) frozen unsweetened red raspberries (about 2 1/2 cups)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 cups organic oats & honey granola cereal
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted, cooled
- Vanilla ice cream, if desired
Fruity Yogurt Pancakes

Heat griddle or skillet; grease if necessary
- 2 cups Original Bisquick® or Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free yogurt (any fruit flavor)
- Fresh fruit and additional yogurt, if desired
Caramel Fudge Cheesecake

Prepare brownie batter according to package directions
- 1 package fudge brownie mix (8-10 square pan size)
- 1 package (14 oz.) caramels
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1-1/4 cups coarsely chopped pecans
- 2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 squares (1 oz. each) semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled
- 2 squares (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
Moist Caramel Apple Cake

HEAT oven to 350ºF GREASE and flour 12-cup fluted tube pan or 10-inch tube pan
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla or French Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 cup Water
- 4 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Oil
- 3 Granny Smith apples (1 lb.), peeled, coarsely chopped
- 20 KRAFT Caramels
- 3 Tbsp. Milk
Chicken & Berries Salad

Fruity Yogurt Dressing: 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt 1/4 cup raspberries 1/4 cup sliced strawberries 1 T
- 4 cups bite-size pieces mixed salad greens (iceberg, Bibb, romaine or spinach)
- 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced leek
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- Fresh ground pepper
- Toss salad greens, chicken, berries and leek. Sprinkle with almonds.
- Serve with Fruity yogurt Dressing and pepper.
Turkey-Cranberry Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

- 1 jar (25.5 oz) pasta sauce (any flavor)
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

- Grated Parmesan cheese, if desired

- 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Ice cream, if desired
