Chinese Chicken Salad

A wonderfully satisfying salad that is easy to make at home, and tastes just like restaurant fare!
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 2 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces (about 8 cups)
- 4 medium stalks celery, thinly sliced (2 cups)
- 1 medium carrot, shredded (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
- 2 tablespoons sesame seed, toasted
- 1/2 cup chow mein noodles
Fruity French Toast

Place banana slices on two slices of toast
- 1 medium firm banana, sliced
- 4 slices Texas toast
- 2 teaspoons confectioners' sugar, divided
- 2 large strawberries, sliced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons butter
- Maple syrup
Cheesecake Pancakes

Slice cream cheese lengthwise into four pieces
- Pancakes
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- Strawberry Syrup
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup strawberry syrup for pancakes
Beautifully Easy Fruit Tart

HEAT oven to 400ºF. UNROLL pastry on baking sheet
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (1/2 of 17.3-oz. pkg.), thawed
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1 square BAKER'S White Chocolate
- 1 cup quartered fresh strawberries
- 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 kiwi, peeled, sliced and halved
- 3 Tbsp. apricot preserves
- 2 tsp. water
Honey-Drizzled Cheddar Cheese

- 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) CRACKER BARREL Aged Reserve Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chopped Walnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- 1 apple, sliced
JELL-O No-Bake Mini Cheesecakes

MIX Crust Mix, margarine and sugar until well blended
- 1 pkg. (11.1 oz.) JELL-O No Bake Cheesecake
- 5 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1-1/2 cups cold milk
Brownie Cups

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate chips, stirring until smooth
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 4 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Lime Fruit Dip

In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
- 3/4 cup (6 ounces) lime custard-style yogurt
- 1 drop green food coloring, optional

Mixed Fruit Salad

In a large bowl, combine the bananas, strawberries, pineapple and oranges
- 2 medium ripe banana, sliced
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, quartered
- 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1-1/2 cups whipped topping
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Spiced Cran-Apple Brisket

Cut brisket in half; place in a 5-quart slow cooker
- 1 fresh beef brisket (4 pounds)
- 1/2 cup apple butter
- 1/4 cup ruby port wine
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 medium tart apple, peeled and cubed
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup dried apples, diced
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons cold water
