Paula Deen's Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

Boil the macaroni in a 2 quart saucepan in plenty of water until tender, about 7 minutes
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (an 8-ounce box isn't quite 2 cups)
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, cut into pieces
- 2 1/2 cups (about 10 ounces) grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Paula Deen's Fettuccine Chicken Salad

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 4 large boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 (9-ounce) packages fresh fettuccine
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup freshly chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon The Lady's House Seasoning, divided, recipe follows
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt (recommended: The Lady's Seasoned Salt)
Sausage Balls

- 3 cup biscuit mix
- 4 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 lb. hot sausage (bulk), uncooked
Screaming Spice Cookies

For the cookies: Whisk the flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt together in a medium bowl
- Icing:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, plus additional for rolling out dough
- 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, slightly softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- Hard candies, try yellow, red, black, (Jolly Ranchers preferred)
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons egg white powder
- 3/4 teaspoon orange extract
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 empty metal tuna fish can, (about 6 ounces) for cutting cookies (See Cooks Note)
- Lollipop sticks, available in craft or bakers' supply stores
Kristy's Salsa

Brown the onions in the olive oil in a dutch oven
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 onions, diced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 jalapenos, seeded and minced
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 1 T. salt
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- cayenne pepper, dash
- 2 qts. tomato puree (about 25 plum tomatoes, pureed in a blender)
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 8 T. cilantro, diced
- 1/4 c. water or tomato juice

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat for 8 to10 minutes or until browned and crumbly; drain
- 1 (20-oz) package refrigerated four-cheese ravioli, cooked according to package directions and kept warm
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
- 2 T. Italian-style tomato paste
- 1 t. dries parsley
- 1 t. dried basil
- 1/2 t. garlic salt
- 1 c. shredded parmesan cheese

- 2 can cream of chicken soup(can use either cream of chicken or cream of mushroom, or a mixture)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 sleeve of crushed Ritz crackers
- Poppyseeds
- 1 stick of melted butter

- 1-1/3 cup water
- 3/4 cup uncooked white rice
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper

- 1 (14 .5 oz) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 2 t. sugar
- 2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 (6 oz) package medium egg noodles
- 6 green onions, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. (4 oz) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Wash the berries and hollow out the centers
- 2 quarts of fresh Strawberries
- 1 box Jello No Bake Cheesecake (I used this box mix and it came with the graham cracker crumbs. This was good, but next time I think I'd try making my own filling - just to compare.)
- Crushed Graham Crackers
- Milk Chocolate for drizzling (I also used white chocolate because I had some)
