Meat Lover's Pizza Casserole

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (15 oz) can pizza sauce
- 8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 package (3.5 oz) sliced pepperoni, quartered
- 1/2 t. salt

This rich and creamy Chocolate Meringue Pie will satisfy any sweet tooth
- MILE HIGH MERINGUE:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 4 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (9-inch) prepared pie crust, baked
- 5 egg whites, room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 10 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon clear or regular vanilla extract
- Unsweetened cocoa powder, if desired
Swiss Chicken

Place chicken in a greased 13X9 pan
- 6 boneless, chicken breast
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cup herb stuffing mix
- 1/4 cup margarine
Bourbon Chicken

Mix all the marinade ingredients (not the white wine) and pour over chicken pieces in a bowl
- 1 lb. chicken, cut into bite size chunks
- 4 oz. soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. powdered ginger
- 2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1/2 cup Jim Bean
- 2 Tbsp. white wine

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease large cookie sheet with shortening
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (1 medium)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 lbs.ground beef
- 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1/2 cup Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
- Sour cream
- Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa
Hot Crab Rangoon Dip with Won Ton Chips

1.Preheat broiler. 2.Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and stir to combine
- For the Won Ton Chips:
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 2 (6-ounce) cans lump crabmeat, drained and shredded
- 1 (10-ounce) can condensed shrimp bisque
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 scallion, finely chopped
- Peanut oil
- 1 package won ton wrappers
- Salt, to taste

- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 2 T. water

- 1 c. water
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 8 oz sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 large box instant chocolate pudding

- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1-1/2 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 6 T. cornstarch
- 2-1/2 c. whole milk
- 4 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 1 T. butter
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 1 (9-in) prepared pie crust, baked
