- 2 cups heavy cream, chilled
- 1/2 cup fat free half and half
- 1 scant tablespoon Instant ClearJel
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup Marshmallow Fluff
- 1 1/4 cup peanut butter, divided
Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup honey-roasted peanuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg white
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons skim milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (1 1/3 ounce) envelope Dream Whip, dessert topping mix
- chocolate-covered peanuts, garnish
Easy Lemon Cake

1 PREPARE cake batter and bake as directed on package for 2 (8- or 9-inch) round cake layers
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) lemon cake mix
- 2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1-1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
White Bean Soup

In a 3 1/2-quart Dutch oven over medium heat, warm 2 Tbs
- 1/4 cup olive oil, plus more for brushing
- 1/4 cup chopped pancetta
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cans (each 15 oz.) cannellini beans, drained
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 3/4 tsp. finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 12 baguette slices, each 4 inches long and 1/2 inch thick
- 1 cup jarred roasted red bell peppers
- 2 Tbs. finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tsp. sherry vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. honey

- 14 T unsalted butter (1 3/4 sticks or 7 oz)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups packed light brown sugar (dark brown sugar can also be used)
- 2 cups plus 2 T unbleached all-purpose flour (10 1/2 ounces)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp table salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 T vanilla extract
Big, Super-nutty peanut butter cookies

Sift flour, soda, powder and salt together and set aside
- 2 1/2 cups of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup extra crunchy peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup roasted salted peanuts chopped to resemble breadcrumbs
Pistachio salad

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate
- 12 ounces cottage cheese
- 1 can crushed pineapple drained
- 1 small box pistachio pudding
- 1 8 ounce container cool whipsawed
- 2/3 cup miniature marshmallows

- 4 Tbsp cold butter
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Butter Glaze:
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp dried parsley flakes
