- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes (try thawing first)
- 8 ounces cooked, diced ham (needs more & thicker chunks)
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- Try with green pepper and onion.

- Snap and discard tough ends from 1 lb. asparagus. Place on a baking sheet and lightly drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
