- 1 Whole Spaghetti Squash, medium size
- 1 1/2 Cups Diced Ham
- 1 1/2 Cups Broccoli, finely chopped
- 1/4 Cup Pimentos
- 3 Stems Green Onions, diced
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, melted
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Half & Half
- 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 Teaspoon Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
Crockpot cabbage casserole

1.In a very large pot, brown ground meat and onions with olive oil
- 1 pound of ground beef or ground turkey
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- 1/3 cup tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons mild chili powder
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon onion granules (not powdered)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Tip: If you can't find adobo sauce you'll need to sub in chipotle seasoning. Adobo sauce adds a lot of flavor, so if you skip it you'll definitely need to add something in it's place. Add the chipotle seasoning in small amounts until it's to your liking
