- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. buttermilk, at room temp
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 3/4 c. cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
- Filling:
- 4 oz. cream cheese, at room temp
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, at room temp
- 2/3 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. canned pure pumpkin
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Broc Cauliflower Salad

In a large bowl combine first 6 ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 head cauliflower
- 8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 3 hard boiled eggs, diced
- 1 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 T cider vinegar

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 (7 oz.) jars marshmallow creme (@1 1/2 cups)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups salted peanuts, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Caramel Layer
- 1 (17 oz.) jar of caramel, preferably Mrs. Richardson's Butterscotch Caramel

- 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter.
Green Chicken Chili
