- 1 cup water
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup shortening

- 5 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 3 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
- 1 cup solid pack canned pumpkin
- 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1/4 cup firmly pakced light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut

- 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
- Vegetable oil or cooking spray
- Topping:
- 8 ounces unsalted butter, approximately 16 tablespoons
- 8 ounces light brown sugar, approximately 1 cup packed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground rosemary
- 3 ounces raisins, approximately 3/4 cup
- Coating:
- 2 1/2 ounces unsalted butter, melted, approximately 5 tablespoons
