Sourdough Onion Bread

In a medium saucepan, heat milk almost to a boil over medium heat
- 2 cups milk
- 2 envelopes active dry yeast
- 1/4 warm water
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 6 cups all-purpose flour
Guiltless Chicken Alfredo Recipe

Place milk, cream cheese, flour, and salt in a blender and blend until smooth
- 2 cups low-fat milk
- 1/3 cup (3 oz) low fat cream cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 cup grated, Parmesan cheese
- 2-3 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
Pressure Cooker Dal With Spinach

1.Add coarsely chopped ginger, garlic, and onion to the bowl of your food processor
- 2 " piece of ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 to 2 tablespoons canola, coconut, or vegetable oil
- 1 tsp black mustard seeds
- 3 small, dried red chiles, split
- 1 tsp coriander seed
- 1 tsp cumin seed
- 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek
- 2 cups chana dal, rinsed thoroughly and sorted
- 6 cups vegetable broth or water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 5 ounces fresh baby spinach, rinsed and drained well

- plain Greek yogurt
- cilantro, chopped
Jellied Shrimp Salad (Tomato Aspic)

- 1 small lemon jello
- 1 3/4 cups tomato juice
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
