Creamy White Chicken Alfredo Lasagna

HEAT oven to 350°F. COMBINE chicken, artichokes, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan and tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup tightly packed fresh basil, chopped, divided
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
Lavender and Citrus Air Freshener

1 Place the flour on a rimmed plate, and season with salt and pepper

- 24 large shrimp in shell (21 to 25 per lb), peeled and deveined

- 2 tablespoons finely chopped shallot
- 1 large clove garlic, pressed
- 1/2 cup Chardonnay wine
- 1 cup chicken broth, divided
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
Best Homemade Tomato Soup

1.In a large pot, add butter, olive oil, onion and pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- pinch salt
- 2 lbs tomatoes (10 med tomatoes)
- 2-3 cloves garlic , sliced
- 1 tbsp uncooked white rice (this is your thickening agent) – I used basmati rice
- another big ol’ pinch of salt
- a sprig of fresh thyme or basil (or both)
- 1/2 bay leaf if you have one
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 cup water
- 1 more tbsp butter
- another pinch of salt
Vindaloo

A rich, peppery curry based in vinegar and freshly blended spices
- 2 1/2 lbs. boneless pork, beef or lamb cut into 1" cubes
- 6 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 cup chopped fresh coriander
- 4 dry hot peppers
- 1 Tbsp. whole cumin seeds
- 2 -inch cinnamon stick, coarsly crushed
- 6 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. ground turmeric
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 3 hot green peppers
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 2 cups water
Pistachio Salad

In medium bowl mix pudding powder with milk
- 1 4 serving package Pistachio instant pudding
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1 14 oz can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional
- 1 cup whipping cream
Tipsy Garlic Shrimp

Melt butter in large skillet
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 8 ounces whole mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 12 ounces fresh shrimp, deveined
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch, with just enough water to dissolve
Fresh Tomato Salsa

Mix all chopped vegetables with lime juice and cumin
- 3 cups chopped plum tomatoes, seeded
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tsp. chopped jalapeño pepper
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Place foil baking cup in each of 16 regular-size muffin cups
- 24 thin chocolate wafer cookies (from 9-oz package), crushed (1 1/4 cups)
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 oz each) plus 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 tablespoons red food color
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup whipping cream 1 tablespoon granulated or powdered sugar Chocolate curls, if desired
