Curried Potatoes, Cauliflower and Peas

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 lbs. unpeeled red potatoes, cut into 1/2 thinck slices
- 1 tsp. garam masala
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 small head culiflower (about 1 1/4 lbs.), trimmed, and broken into florets
- 1 cup vegetable broth or water
- 2 ripe plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup peas
- Hot cooked basmati or long grain rice
Smothered Pork Chops

1.Place the inner pot into the Pressure Cooker
- 4 Pork chops, bone in1
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoon parsley, chopped

- 2 lbs. lean ground meat
