High Protein Low Cal Chili

Mix all together in a big pot and simmer for 30 minutes

Thai Green Chicken Curry

- 500 g Chicken Breasts (cubed)
- 3 Tbsp. Green Curry Paste
- 1 can Coconut Milk
- 150 g Peas (frozen)
- 200 g Snow Peas
- 250 g White Basmati Rice
- 3 Green Onions (chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 1 tap Ginger
- 1 tsp Fish Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 stalks Lemon Grass Minced
- 2 Tbsp White Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Kaffir Lime Leaves
- 14 g Cilantro (fresh, chopped)
- Juice of 1 Lime Juice

Spicy Szechuan Noodles

Stir in a small bowl, chicken stock, soy sauce, black bean sauce and sugar
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. chinese black bean sauce
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. peanut oil
- 3 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1-2 tbsp. coarsely chopped chili peppers
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 lb. chinese egg noodles or spaghetti

1.Set the steaks out for 30 minutes to allow them to come to room temperature

- 1 package yeast
- 1/3 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Hoisin BBQ Sauce
