Roasted Broccoli with Garlic & Lemon

Preheat oven to 400F. Place pan in oven while it preheats
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp sliced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 12 oz broccoli florets
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice

In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients except veggies; puree until smooth
- 12 oz. drained cooked chick-peas
- 6 oz soft tofu
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. low=sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
- 3 cups raw veggies
Sesame Chicken Wings

In a large plastic bag or glass dish, combine all the ingredients, except the chicken wings
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil or olive oil
- 4 green onions with tops, sliced
- 1/2 medium onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Dash pepper
