Directions Heat oil in a large skillet with straight sides
- Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (recommended: Tabasco)
- 4 hamburger buns, split
- Barbecue sauce, for topping
Chicken and Artichokes in Lemon Cream Sauce over Penne

Directions Boil the penne, drain, rinse, and set aside
- Ingredients
- 8 ounces dried penne pasta
- Olive oil cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 16 ounces boneless, skinless, chicken breast, pounded thin and cut into strips
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup vermouth, or any other dry white wine
- 2 lemons, zested and juiced
- 1/2 cup fat-free, low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 (14-ounce) cans evaporated skim milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 (14-ounce) cans artichoke hearts
- 1 bunch fresh parsley leaves, chopped
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges, for garnish

- 10 1/2 ounces Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese or fat free cream cheese
- 1 (2/3 ounce) package Good Seasonings Italian salad dressing mix
- 6 ounces mushrooms (optional)

Directions Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F

- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 extra-large egg
- 1/2 tablespoon water
- 3/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
- Good olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature, divided
- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (2 lemons), lemon halves reserved
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- Sliced lemon, for serving
- Chopped fresh parsley leaves, for serving

- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb chees (Velvetta)

- 1 scallion, finely chopped
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon capers, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
